The rooms at Midford Mill were absolutely incredible. I stayed in a double bedroom, which was so cozy and comfy, with the most amazing view of the river and countryside. It was the perfect spot to unwind and relax after a day of exploring. The triple bedroom and large landing were also a great bonus - plenty of space for everyone in the group to spread out and chill out.
Honestly, I can't think of a single thing I didn't like about my stay at Midford Mill. It was all just so perfect.

Absolutely mind-blowing experience! The house was jaw-dropping with a tranquil stream running through the enchanting back garden. The rooms were spacious and beds super comfy. The owners were incredibly welcoming and ensured our stay was perfect. The location was convenient, just a short drive or taxi ride to the city center. The nearby pub served delicious food. The history and character of the house were incorporated into every room. It was a beautiful, relaxing home with a fully equipped kitchen and comfy beds. The warmth from the Aga and log fire created a cozy atmosphere. The bedrooms were comfortable and the garden was stunning. The bath was amazing and perfect for a soak. The sitting room was lovely and the dining table was huge. The patio overlooking the weir was a great spot to relax. a fantastic and welcoming place for a memorable stay.

I absolutely loved the charming and elegant decoration of the hotel. The attention to detail in the rooms and common areas was wonderful, giving it a cozy and inviting ambiance. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like myself, with easy access to all areas of the hotel and no stairs to climb. It made me feel comfortable and at ease during my stay.
The only thing I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is that the children working there could have been more attentive to our needs.

I absolutely loved my stay at Midford Mill! The house is stunning with a peaceful stream running through the back garden. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the whole place is filled with character and charm. The owners were attentive, checking in to make sure everything was alright, but giving me space to enjoy the house. It's conveniently located just 15 minutes from the city center and easy to get taxis or drive to. The local bus also takes you into the city in just 12 minutes. The Hope & Anchor pub across the road serves delicious food, and the hosts, Sarah and Nigel, are fantastic. I also enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and the history that can be felt in every room. Midford Mill is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay.
Felt incredibly welcome, no complaints at all!
